Anti Aging Services
Cosmetic Tattoos & Microblading
Cosmetic tattooing or Micropigmentation is a service to enhance or reproduce features that are not pronounced or have been lost due to aging, medical conditions or scarring. Most commonly preformed on the face, including eyebrows, eyeliner and lips.
The industry has made huge leaps in recent years compared to the old traditional tattooed eyebrows and over lined lips that look harsh and unnatural and stayed that way. Now with the advancement of new techniques and reformulated pigments that deliver soft and natural results that gradually fade over time, it has become a true art form. Depending on the desired outcome there are different techniques that all take proper training, practice and dedication to master.
What to expect during the procedure:
The day of your procedure please show up with clean skin and no makeup on the treatment area. A topical numbing cream with be applied to the area for 30-50 minutes. Once the skin is sufficiently numb we will start the session. Depending on the size of the area the treatment can last 15-60 minutes although larger areas could take longer. During the treatment you may feel slight discomfort similar to a mild sunburn depending on the sensitivity of the area being treated.
What is hyaluronic acid?:
Hyaluronic acid is really not an acid at all, it is a natural sugar found in the human body. It is also the most hydrating substance in the whole world and is the main structural element of connective tissue. 1 molecule of hyaluronic acid can hold 1000 times its weight in water. Its function is to attract water and keep skin hydrated, plump and youthful. As we age our bodies decrease the amount of Hyaluronic acid and collagen fibers resulting in loss of hydration and elasticity. This causes our skin to sag and wrinkles to form. By adding hyaluronic acid back into the skin we revive collagen and promote a plumper effect.
Hyaluronic acid is naturally created in the human body so it is impossible to have an allergic reaction.

Am I a good candidate?
Although PFST is a very safe procedure, if you are pregnant or nursing you should avoid this procedure.
If you have a darker skin tone you may not be a candidate for this procedure. This is because darker skin tones are more prone to hyperpigmentation (dark spots) or hypo-pigmentation (light spots) following the treatment. PFST requires a consultation before scheduling an appointment so if you are unsure a small patch test can be done to determine if this treatment is right for you.
